Till an arrow pierces its liver; as a bird rushes into a snare; he does not know that it will cost him his life. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep.
And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God saw that the light was good. And God separated the light from the darkness. God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And there was evening and there was morning, the first day.

And although they covered him with clothes, he could not get warm. Let her lie in your arms, that my lord the king may be warm. The young woman was very beautiful, and she was of service to the king and attended to him, but the king knew her not. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.
And this is eternal life, that they know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. I glorified you on earth, having accomplished the work that you gave me to do. And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed.
Again he entered the synagogue, and a man was there with a withered hand. And they watched Jesus, to see whether he would heal him on the Sabbath, so that they might accuse him.
When he came down from the mountain, great crowds followed him. Now when the Lord was about to take Elijah up to heaven by a whirlwind, Elijah and Elisha were on their way from Gilgal. We must do the same works as the apostles. And when we do, God will give us what He gave them. What we read in the book of Acts was not the peak of Holy Spirit power. It was simply the recorded beginning of how the Holy Spirit would flow through His servants on the earth from that day forward. The field is wide open to us all.
